Steps
The Recruitment Process

We sign a Service Agreement with the employer before we embark on recruitment.

From clients, we require a self-explanatory job description and person specification and a Job Order or Demand Letter and Sample Contract for employees

Sourcing of qualified candidates

Interview and shortlisting qualified candidates

Interview and selection of shortlisted candidates by the employer / Business Partner

Signing of Job offers

Medical check up where required

Pre-departure training and Attestation of Contract

Work in close coordination Employer/ business partner to monitor and support the well-being of the deployed Candidates and ensure that any grievances or disputes raised by the Candidates are addressed promptly and resolved in a fair and timely manner.
